The wine is produced at Château de Berne in Provence under the direction of winemaker Alexis Cornu, whose résumé includes fifteen gold medals and seven rosés scoring above 90 points. The blend—45% Grenache Noir, 25% Cinsault, 15% Syrah, and 15% Merlot—is made using the traditional saignée method, where juice is gently bled off the skins to preserve freshness and color.
